About Kinco Servo Motors
Kinco Automation offers a wide variety of high-performance AC servo motors and drives. They are perfect for both low and high volume requirements, at competitive prices that make servos surprisingly affordable! Motors and drives can be purchased separately, or, select a system which offers a matched motor, drive, and cables in one discounted package reducing errors, wiring time, and cost. With friendly customer service and professional application assistance, Kinco Automation often surpasses the customers expectations for fulfilling specific motion control requirements.
Servo Motors
The Kinco Servo Motors are a low-cost solution for many motion control applications requiring a low to medium inertia design to maximize torque at high speeds. These motors have a power rating ranging from 50 Watts to 1,260 Watts, provide excellent dynamic response, allow for 3 times the overload capacity, and come equipped with a 2,500 PPR incremental encoder. They are available in square frame sizes ranging from 40mm to 110mm. Kinco Servo Motors are available with an optional brake. All motors have passed testing and are CE Certified.
Servo Drivers
The FD Series Servo Drive is a great fit for applications requiring position, speed, and/or torque control methods. The uniqueness of this servo drive package is the flexibility of using a single servo drive that can accommodate motors with power ratings ranging from 50-750W. Also, it is designed to switch dynamically among different control methods for more flexible operation. The FD Series Servo Drive can operate position control mode either with pulse and direction inputs, or 8 internal position points, analog speed control or 8 internal speed points, and analog or internal torque mode. The FD Series Servo Drive operates with 24-70VDC input and the FD400 Series Servo Drive operates with 176-253VAC single-phase input. Each drive comes with an RS232 or RS232 and RS485 communication port which can be operated using MODBUS Protocol. A CAN BUS is an optional port that is available upon request.
